Job Description:

  • Manage all MEP works from conception to completion.
  • Co-ordinate with MEPF design consultant, along with Architect. 

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of day to day management of the project delivery functions from start to handover.
  • Ensure that all MEP works are properly co-ordinated with Civil and Architectural works with the help of co-ordinated drawings.
  • Review and analyse MEP design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with MEP Consultant and MEP contractor to ensure that the plans and execution is as per the acceptable quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular site meetings to review project progress and resolve disruptions.
  • Review MEP drawings, BOQ and specifications.
  • Monitor progress against schedule and notify the project team, client and vendors in case of any delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance to specifications and installations are carried out in accordance with shop drawings.
  • Identify cost saving options and managing change orders.
  • Assist project team in implementation of project specific QA plan and safety plan.

 

Skills:

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in planning and construction.
  • Proven experience as a MEP co-ordinator with Interior projects.
  • Time management.
  • Excellent communication skill, team work skill.
