Manage Project/Projects along with Project Engineer ensuring
exceptional quality and Client Satisfaction. Co-ordinating Project schedules,
monitor working hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing parts/complete Interior projects along with
Project Engineer and as Sole In charge too.
Co-ordinating with Clients and internal team and
oversee project timelines, budget etc.
Break projects into achievable actions with target
dates.
Analyse risks and opportunities.
Understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project
status to all participants.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and
expenditures.
Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation, plans and reports.
Skills:
Bachelors in Architecture / Civil Engineering /
Interior Design.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in Interior
projects.
Experience in project management from conception to
delivery.
Ability to prepare and interpret flow charts,
schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Time management.
Excellent communication skill, team work skill.
Should have an eye for detail.
Hands on experience with project management tools (MS
Project, MS Planner).
